花坪镇位于广东省韶关市浈江区北部，距市区约26公里，北与乐昌市的廊田、长来相接，东邻仁化县的石塘、董塘。镇域轮廓像一只花瓶，俗称“花坪”，镇名则取自政府驻地花果坪集镇。镇内有韶关市的大型水库之一西牛潭水库，也有煤矿开采的旧工业基础。[1][2] 百度百科称该镇已于2026年6月并入犁市镇，区政府网站对此只有间接的印证，见历史沿革。

历史沿革[edit]

清宣统三年（1911年），县下设4乡，花坪是当时南乡的场市。1935年（民国二十四年）设花坪区，并另设花果坪集镇。到1958年，区乡建制被撤销，改建人民公社，花坪成了一个大公社。1961年重设花坪区，1996年区改为乡，2011年乡又升格为镇。[1]

2026年的变动：百度百科记，2026年6月4日花坪镇撤销并入犁市镇。浈江区政府网站没有查到撤并公告；它在2026年8月31日发布的区概况称全区现辖4镇3街道，不含花坪，[6] 而花坪镇政府的信息公开栏目在2026年6月4日仍发布了《2025年基本概况》。[7] 这两条只能说明区一级的表述已不计花坪镇，并不能代替撤并公告。本站暂仍把花坪镇作为独立的镇列出，待区政府公告核实。

1959年前后，因兴建新丰江水电站需要清库移民，河源一带的和平、八一、里群三个公社的群众被安置到曲仁煤矿所属矿区，其中里群安置在曲江辖区的花坪矿区。这批移民后来形成了今天的和平八一社区一带的聚居区。[3]

地理环境[edit]

花坪镇地处浈江区北部，地势东北高、西南低，属丘陵地带，气候为亚热带气候。据镇概况介绍，全镇山地面积约10万亩，森林覆盖率为74.01%。X887线由南至北贯穿全镇，西面和南面与犁市镇相连。[2]

镇内的西牛潭水库位于武江左岸支流下陂水上游，1958年冬动工，1964年冬投入使用，集水区37.8平方千米，库容合计4389万立方米；拦水的是一道均质土坝，高19.2米，长195米，兼顾灌溉、发电、防洪与养殖。坝后电站1983年建成，装机容量320千瓦。[4][5]

镇概况写道：2022年底，镇下设五个行政村和两个居委会，登记户籍8600多人，常住约4500人，客家人聚居于此。[2] 镇政府2026年6月公布的《2025年基本概况》则写：镇辖2个社区和5个行政村，面积为75.87平方千米，当年末登记户籍6905人，常住约4860人。[7]

经济[edit]

花坪镇煤炭资源丰富，是韶关的老工业基地；镇概况称全镇煤炭储量约1亿吨，曾是广东省煤炭产量最大的生产基地之一。农业以水稻、蔬菜和柑橘类水果为主，特色农副产品有山地乌鸡、有机水稻和生态猪。按镇概况所记2022年数字，粮食播种4997亩，收获2143吨；菜地4734亩，产出10030吨；生猪存栏23550头。[2]

肉鸡产业使花坪镇列入广东省农业农村厅2020年8月公布的第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业镇名单。2024年3月，镇里获评2023年度省卫生乡镇。[1]

工矿文化与乡村项目[edit]

镇概况记，花坪一带的煤炭开采在清乾隆年间已有记载，新中国成立后设曲仁矿。镇里设想把原曲仁矿务局60、70年代的建筑修缮成矿区生活体验点，并建一座工矿博物馆，称为「工矿文化小镇」。[8] 2024年3月镇里的工作总结提到，镇正按这一目标创建工矿文化特色小镇，长地头村的草莓大棚已建成40多亩，曲仁矿闲置厂房一带社会资本投入2800万元，建起厂房5000多平方米，用于轻加工企业。[9]

2025年镇的生产总值为2.29亿元，公共预算收入约1092万元。[7] 农业方面，伍屋村在2023年把300亩撂荒地流转后建成稻果蔬轮作基地一期，二期在老虎冲村（约50亩），三期在乌石冲村（约75亩），采用草莓收获后接种羽衣甘蓝的轮作；2025年第四期在奎塘村种植约30亩黄金百香果，镇里还以羽衣甘蓝制成米粉和面条，注册「花漾花坪」区域品牌。[10]

名胜[edit]

奎塘村的古圩场村小组有一株被评为韶关市「十大樟树王」之一的「连理樟树王」，与山下村小组的成片古樟相连，称「古樟廊带」；奎塘村被评为广东省「森林乡村」。镇里打算以此发展生态旅游。[8]
