西联村是武江区西联镇的大行政村，镇政府驻在这里，位于全镇中心：东邻芙蓉村，西接赤水、沐溪，南靠下胡村，北连阳山村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1951年名为岗背乡，1958年更名为岗背大队，1983年更名为岗背乡政府，1987年名为背岗管理区，1995年更名为称西联管理区，1998年更名为为西联村委会。[1] 村名取在一条小河西边联合建村之意。[2]

地理与经济[edit]

村域约4平方千米，辖9个自然村，530户、1986人。西联大道和韶关大道在村中呈十字相交，与323国道、京广铁路和京珠高速相接。传统上种水稻、蔬菜和水果，1999年起蔬菜面积扩大；村内有一所市一级小学、2所幼儿园、1所中学和4所中专、职业学校。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2026年3月，西联村被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]

近况[edit]

2025年12月，韶关市政协主席到西联村调研「百千万工程」典型村培育，提出推广「村集体供地加企业运营」的做法，壮大村集体经济。[3]
