庙尾村为广州市增城区正果镇所辖的行政村，位于镇西部，东接圭湖村、番丰村，南连岳村，西连花园村，北靠派潭镇万能村，下辖13个自然村。[1][2]

人口与经济[edit]

村内有1868人（348户）。[1]村里的火龙果种植较有名气，东莞、深圳等地的客商会来收购。[1]百度百科还提到村里有1993年成立的永裕鸽业（2024年进入「广东省“粤字号”农业品牌目录」）和一家酱油厂。[2]

村名与历史[edit]

百度百科称，村名与附近形似猫尾的山丘及方言谐音有关，博雅地名网没有记载村名由来。[2][1]民国期间属增城县第三区圭岳乡；建国后先编入新五区的正北乡；1957年组建先锋高级社，1958年改称庙尾大队；1983年撤社建庙尾乡，1987年初乡改为村，组建庙尾村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年10月入选广东省卫生村名录；2023年8月获「2022年度“广州市美丽乡村”」称号；2026年1月获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」。[1]
