番丰村为广州市增城区正果镇所辖的行政村，位于镇的中心地带，与镇区隔增江相望，村域面积约4.25平方千米，下辖5个自然村。[1][2]

村名与历史[edit]

村北有座山名叫番风山，村子以山为名，又取谐音写作“番丰”。[1]民国时期属增城县第三区圭岳乡；1977年前归圭湖大队管辖，1977年春经批准分出，成立番丰大队；1983年撤社建番丰乡，1987年初乡改为村，组建番丰村民委员会。[1]

百度百科引传说称，宋代番丰村的香浦塘有一个牧童，后来坐化成了宾公佛。[2]

地理与经济[edit]

村内多山岭、沟洼和冲积平原，地势由北向南降低；正小公路和增龙公路在此交汇，广河高速在这里设有正果出入口，月亮湾公园也在村内。[1][2]人口，博雅地名网记1409人（274户），百度百科记户籍人口1673人。[1][2]

番丰村近年发展乡村旅游、民宿和特色餐饮。[2]增城区政府介绍的“碧水银滩”新乡村示范带中，番丰村的定位是“营地里”。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2023年8月获「2022年度“广州市美丽乡村”」称号；2024年11月被认定为「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」；2026年1月获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」。[1]
