正果社区为广州市增城区正果镇所辖的社区，位于镇中心区，是正果镇政府所在的圩镇。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
社区所在即正果圩，因南宋庆元三年（1197）建成的证果寺而成圩，圩名先写作“证果”，后简化为“正果”。[1]
此地建国之初隶属第五区，1958年设正果人民公社，1983年社改为区，名正果区，1987年再改设社区居委会，自2002年起的名称是正果社区居民委员会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
广州市住房和城乡建设局在2022年11月把正果社区认定为「广州市2022年绿色社区」；2024年11月，被认定为「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」。[1]
