温泉镇属广州市从化区，在该区东北部，因境内有天然温泉而得名，从化温泉风景区即在镇内。[1][2] 全镇面积约212.2平方千米，下辖4个社区和22个行政村，镇政府驻温泉大道。[1] 第七次全国人口普查时，常住人口为6.18万人，在从化区各街镇中排第6位。[1]

镇内有105国道、省道355线等公路穿过，距广州市区约75千米。[1] 荔枝、黄皮等水果是各村的主要农业产出，温泉旅游则集中在河东、河西两岸的温泉风景区。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

此地在1949年划入东区，1953年该区更名二区；1958年10月，辖地分属江埔、良口两个人民公社。温泉公社设于1960年，1983年12月公社建制取消，改设温泉区，1986年11月又撤区设镇。从化撤市设区后，温泉镇自2014年1月起归广州市从化区管辖。[1]

镇域内的村，多在1958年成立生产大队，1983年12月改为乡，1987年1月起改称村民委员会。其中源湖与乌土、龙岗与龙桥、中田与密石等曾一度合并，后来又拆分。[1]

地理环境[edit]

温泉镇位于从化区东北部，与增城区相邻，流溪河穿过温泉风景区。[1][3] 各村分布于镇域的西部、中部和东南部：天湖、温泉、云星、乌石等村在西北至西部，石海、石南、南星等村沿省道355线布局，南平、新南、石坑等村在东南部，靠近增城区派潭镇。[1]

镇内多数村以种植荔枝和蔬果为主要收入。温泉镇以荔枝入选广东省农业农村厅2020年8月公布的第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业镇名单；中田、桃莲两村入选首批专业村（大红桂味），新南、南平两村入选首批专业村（双壳槐枝），南星村入选首批专业村（鸡心黄皮）。[1]

温泉镇在2021年、2022年的淘宝镇名单中均榜上有名。龙岗村的红身豆腐、灌村一带出产的西瓜和黄皮，也是当地知名的农产品。[1] 旅游、餐饮和住宿业主要集中在温泉风景区以及龙岗墟、石坑墟。[4]

名胜古迹[edit]

从化温泉风景区：位于镇内流溪河两岸，分河东的温泉疗养区和河西的天湖游览区。泉水出自花岗岩裂隙，含氡及多种矿物成分，温度各处不一，最低约36摄氏度，最高约71摄氏度。[3][4] 明崇祯七年（1634年）的《从化县志》已记载“汤泉”和“百丈飞泉”。[4] 1930年代，商人和医生等集资在此兴建别墅、疗养院，开辟登山栈道；1949年以后，疗养院、宾馆等单位陆续在两岸建起，包括省干部疗养院、广东温泉宾馆等。[4] 世界温泉及气候养生联合会在2010年12月为从化温泉颁发了牌匾与证书，称其为「世界珍稀温泉」。[4]

天湖：在瀑布顶部的头甲山上，1972年始建，是当时从化县的水利工程之一，湖水为下方的温泉瀑布供水。[4] 天湖村因驻地所在的天湖景区得名。[1]

“天医处”摩崖石刻：刻于松园后山的溪边巨石上，为广州药商梁培基创办颐养园分园时所题。“天医处”和“枕流漱石”两处摩崖石刻在2015年8月19日经广州市人民政府公布，列入「第八批广州市文物保护单位」。[1][4]

萧蓬云故居：德香书室，在龙桥村蛟龙围，是萧蓬云在民国七年（1918年）兴建的青砖房屋。[1]

南平静修小镇：位于南平村，在从化与增城交界处，被凤凰山系环绕。[1]

荣誉[edit]

  • 2016年12月，列入「第四批美丽宜居小镇示范」名单。[1]
  • 2018年10月，被广东省林业局认定为2018年广东省森林小镇。[1]
  • 2021年9月，被认定为第二批全国乡村治理示范乡镇。[1]

著名人物[edit]

黎贯（1482年—1549年），字一卿，从化韶洞（今灌村一带）人，明正德十二年（1517年）进士，官至监察御史，以为官刚直见称。[1][5] 其子黎民表、黎民衷，孙黎邦琰亦为明代从化人，据博雅地名网所载，同出于韶洞。[1]

萧蓬云（1870年—1942年），名锦洲，桃源洞蛟龙围人，17岁中秀才，清光绪年间考得副贡，后官至直隶州州判。[1]
