中田村是广州市从化区温泉镇下辖的行政村。据博雅地名网所载，村域面积约2.5平方千米，设23个经济社，村民2710多人（未注明年份），村委会离温泉镇政府约11千米。村子离石门国家森林公园约7千米，是“一村一品”大红桂味荔枝专业生产村。[1]

1958年设立中田大队。1983年12月同密石大队合为一体，改设为中田乡。1987年1月分开后更名为中田村民委员会，此后一直如此。[1]
