洛场村是广州市花都区花山镇下辖的行政村，也是镇上有代表性的侨村，位于镇东部，离花都城区和白云国际机场各约10公里。[5][7] 村始于清乾隆十六年（1751年），村名据说是因旁边有草场和骆溪，「骆」与「洛」同音。[1][2]

咸丰年间起，村里人陆续出洋谋生；民国初年，旅美乡亲回村盖起碉楼，现存45座，另有200多间青砖屋。这片古建筑被开发为「花山小镇」，2020年获中国侨联授牌「中国华侨国际文化交流基地」。[5][6][7]

洛场在清乾隆十六年（1751年）立村。[2][5] 据澎湃新闻，1950至1955年，花县人民政府曾设在这里，旧址保留至今；[6] 快懂百科也说它是花县县委、县政府的旧驻地。[3]

1956年，东南、联明、洛场三个高级农业社成立，1958年各以原名转为大队，1960年并成一个，以洛场为名。生产队制于1983年撤销，设洛场乡；1987年1月起设村民委员会，起初属花山区公所，3月转归花山镇。[1]

据百度百科，全村面积约4平方千米，分15个经济社、9个自然村，耕地803亩，其中蔬菜地540亩。[2] 村在机场高速花山出口一带，花都大道、华辉路等路从境内穿过。[3]

人口民族[edit]

百度百科记载，村里常住2572人，旅居海外的乡亲超过4900人。[2] 花山镇的海外侨胞，多数在美国、加拿大和巴拿马。[7]

经济[edit]

2021年9月，洛场村进入广东省农业农村厅公布的「第二批广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」名单，类别为休闲农业。[1] 据百度百科，村里还有祈福航空物流中心等25家企业。[2]

2012年，镇里把洛场定为美丽乡村建设的试点之一和重点；到2014年，它又被选作广州市的第二批美丽乡村试点；2023年4月，它进入「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位名单，同年11月入选广东「百千万工程」首批典型县镇村。[1][5]

文化[edit]

咸丰年间（1851年—1861年），村民开始漂洋过海，到过东南亚、南洋、巴拿马和美国。民国初年，旅美的乡亲返乡建房，修起45座碉楼，兼有中西建筑的特点。[7] 花都区文旅部门的介绍称，村里现存民国初年建的碉楼四十多栋，并把这里列为广州市乡村旅游示范点。[4]

碉楼曾因疏于维护塌了不少。2013年，在区、镇政府支持下，花山小镇文旅项目启动，做法是保护、修缮后再利用，规划占地约30万平方米，先期开发约3万平方米。已开发的碉楼有鹰扬堂、津仁楼、活钦楼、静观庐、澄庐、彰柏家塾、开诚楼、活元楼等。[6]

2016年，花山小镇进了广州十大乡村旅游示范点之列，并被评为「珠三角最美乡村」；2018年7月，花都区政府印发《花山小镇建设（2018-2022年）工作方案》。[5][6] 2020年，中国侨联为花山小镇授牌「中国华侨国际文化交流基地」。[6]

名胜古迹[edit]

彰德阁在美成小学校园里，建于1923年，1997年重修，是座中西合璧的钟楼，俗称「火箭楼」，尖顶有哥特式意味。[8][9] 它在2008年12月被列入广州市第七批文保单位，2015年6月又经复核再度公布。[9] 美成小学创办于1921年，办学经费全由旅美华侨捐助。[9]
