民安村在花都区梯面镇南部，与花山镇接壤，面积9.6平方千米，分9个村民小组，有户籍人口1378人，国道106线从村中穿过[1]。村名取“民众安康”之意[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网所载，清顺治十年（1653年）凌姓人家首先在此居住，康熙至乾隆年间，吴、陈、温、张、王等十二个姓氏陆续迁来[1]。民国时期，这里属花县花城乡。1949年10月梯面解放，建梯面乡，民安村成立；1956年农业合作化时称民安高级社；1958年成立人民公社，属花山人民公社民安大队；1963年初曾与源和大队合并为民和大队，同年年底分开，恢复民安大队的名称；1964年划入花县百步梯综合林场[1]。

经济[edit]

村委会利用106国道的地利，引进占地少、无污染的工业项目，村里有家具、皮革、汽车等企业；村民的收入来自种水稻、花生，养鱼、养鸡和外出务工[1]。

名胜古迹[edit]

百步梯遗址在村北侧的山岭上，属古遗址，年代记为1682年。2008年12月，它列入「第七批广州市文物保护单位」，并划定了外延10米的保护范围[1]。梯面镇的名字便由这条石梯路而来。

荣誉[edit]

民安村的称号有：「广东省卫生村」（2021年）、「2022年度广州市美丽乡村」（2023年8月公布）、「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」（2026年1月）；2019年还列入广东省民主法治示范村创建名单[1]。
