历史沿革[edit]
1949年10月梯面解放，建梯面乡，下辖九个村，车头墩一带为三村，柴厂尾为四村；1958年，车头墩与柴厂尾并成联民大队。1987年上半年，先后归梯面区公所、梯面镇政府管辖[1]。
经济[edit]
村里有胶管、科技、桶装水等企业；村集体种了沙糖桔300亩、枇杷60亩，村民多外出务工。村里还在建设高百丈风景区，发展乡村生态旅游[1]。
名胜古迹[edit]
高百丈是旧时“花县八景”之一，称“百丈晴峦”，以奇石怪岩知名，其中一块大岩石的石壁上刻有“百丈晴峦”四个大字[1]。
荣誉[edit]
联民村的称号有：「广东省卫生村」（2019年）、「广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」（2020年8月首批，产业为葡萄）、「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」（2026年1月）[1]。
