三堂社区是广州市番禺区市桥街道下辖的社区，位于街道西南面，是一片历史较久的老城区[1][2]。

历史沿革[edit]

「三堂」一名在1949年以前就已通行，居委会因此沿用作名称。居委会成立于2002年3月，2005年5月西坊、三堂两个社区合并为现社区[1]。

地理环境[edit]

社区东至三堂路和环城西路，西临环城河，南至西堤路，北至北桥路，占地约18.6万平方米，绿化约0.6万平方米[2]。

人口民族[edit]

社区有住宅楼135幢、住户2208户，户籍4423人，常住5134人，外来人口1390人（博雅地名网所载，未注明年份）[2]。

经济[edit]

区人民医院第三门诊部、区直属机关幼儿园和南阳里小学二校区都在辖内，市场则有金城农贸市场、三堂市场等；邻近西园公园[2]。2019年9月，社区入选2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单[1]。
