历史沿革[edit]
居委会于2002年8月成立；2005年5月，康泰、桥福两个社区合并，由桥福社区居委会管辖[1]。曾获安全文明社区、无毒社区、「六好」社区等称号，2021年11月被确定为广州市2021年绿色社区[1][2]。
地理环境[edit]
社区东北至东环路37号至217号，南至平康路，西至德兴北路，占地约40.2万平方米，绿化约9.3万平方米[2]。
人口民族[edit]
社区有住宅楼101幢、别墅284间，居民小组30个、2421户，常住人口6510人，外来暂住人员328人（博雅地名网所载，未注明年份）[2]。
