德安社区是广州市番禺区市桥街道下辖的社区，位于街道东片，由原德安、东沙两个社区合并而成[1][2]。

历史沿革[edit]

居委会成立于2002年8月；2005年5月，德安、东沙两个社区调整合并为现在的德安社区[1]。它曾获「安全社区标兵」「文明社区」「无传销社区」等称号，2024年11月进入广州市充分就业社区（村）名单[1][2]。

地理环境[edit]

社区东起德兴路127号至233号，南临长堤东路，西接环城东路，北至清河东路，总面积约18.2万平方米，绿化约2.4万平方米[2]。

人口民族[edit]

社区有住宅539幢，居民小组80个，共3045户；常住7158人，另有外来人口1012人，出租屋528间（博雅地名网所载，未注明年份）[2]。

经济[edit]

辖内有东晖园、东沙小区、东晖园别墅区、德兴楼、德安新村以及德祥路、德厚大街、祥兴大街等街巷，并包括北基大街一带部分东郊村居民的住宅[2]。何贤纪念医院、市桥成人中专学校，以及东城幼儿园、东城小学和东风中学都在社区范围内[2]。
