怡园社区是黄埔街道辖下的城市社区，因怡园小区得名，居委会设在怡园街5号。[1][2]辖区东临丰乐中路，西接大沙东路，南靠中山大道，北抵港湾路。[1]

怡园小区90年代建成，随之设黄埔街第十居委会；2001年改为怡园社区居民委员会，沿用至今。[1]
