棠下南社区在广州市白云区棠景街道，主要辖原棠下村的南部地区，名称由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据记述，棠下村约在一千年前立村，原名唐夏，后改作棠下。村先隶三元里公社（1958年）、远景乡（1984年），2000年划入棠景街道；棠下南居委会成立于2003年。[1]

荣誉[edit]

  • 2022年11月被广州市住房和城乡建设局认定为广州市2022年绿色社区。[1]
  • 2026年1月获评「2025年广州市充分就业社区（村）」。[1]
