河水社区是广东省广州市天河区兴华街道下辖的社区，在街道东北部，以辖区内的河水村得名；河水村是银河村的组成部分之一，银河村名中的「河」字即来自此村。[1][2][3]

居委会设立于1996年10月13日，辖区约0.45平方千米，外来人口比较集中。[1][2]

社会[edit]

河水一带原是银河村基础设施较差的地方。1996年以来，居委会召开居民大会，通过集资重铺村内自来水管，解决了用水难题；又分段更换老旧电缆，成立村水电管理小组，缓解了村里常断电的问题。[1][2]

2004年，社区建立卫生分片承包制，实行24小时治安巡逻并安装监控，同年摘去市重点治安整治区域的称号。[1] 2019年9月，它列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2024年11月获2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）的认定。[2]
