社区位于天河北商业区，东到芳草园和穗园小区，南到百佳超市一带，西到猎德河涌，北到广深铁路。辖内有金田花苑、御晖苑、祥兴大厦、金达苑、中信大厦、天隆花苑等11个生活小区，驻区单位有市残疾人联合会、区党校、市康复中心医院等。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，金田社区入选「广州市2021年绿色社区」；2024年11月获评「2024年广州市充分就业社区」。[1]
