黄田镇位于福建省宁德市古田县西南部，在闽江中游北岸，镇境内有多个村庄因水口水电站蓄水建库而迁移。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1950年整编区乡后，古田县设第五区，区内有黄田、谷口等11个乡，区委会设在谷口。[3]

1984年10月，莪洋镇设立，镇址在莪洋一带。[4]

1990年3月25日，因修建水口水电站，莪洋镇驻地迁至黄田，镇名随之改为黄田镇。[3]

闽东黄田经济开发区管委会于1993年成立，由宁德地委与行署核准设立。[2]

地理环境[edit]

镇区位于闽江北岸，上溪村一带与南平接壤，坑前村则在闽江南岸，与镇区隔江相望。[5][4]

202省道与203省道分别经过三保村和西坑村，黄樟公路、上九公路穿过上溪村，这些道路构成镇内的主要交通线。[6][7][5]

2023年度，黄田镇获评福建省森林乡镇。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

林耀华故居位于金翼村，建于1915年，是一座民国时期的闽东民居，以木雕装饰和防御塔楼著称。2018年，故居成为第九批省级文物保护单位，现为国家3A级旅游景区。[8][9]

因后山形似展翅的金鸡，故居被称作“金翼之家”，林耀华的社会人类学著作《金翼》即以此屋为创作原型。[8]

西坑村内有西坑古民居，博雅地名网在该村页面中将其列为本村的文化旅游资源。[7]

著名人物[edit]

林耀华（1910—2000）是民族学家、人类学家，其故居位于金翼村。[10][9]
