下村是霞浦县松港街道下辖的行政村，位于霞浦县城东北部，距县城13公里，地处纯山区。村内有始建于唐代的龙潭寺，罗汉溪的生态旅游景区也在村境之内。[1][2]

村子下辖九个自然村，其中包括下村、吴坑岩、岭下和丁步头等，全村编为九个村民小组，计303户，1056人。[1]

文物与名胜[edit]

龙潭寺始建于唐代，寺院年代久远。村境内的瑞峰山风景秀丽，罗汉溪在吴坑岩与桐油溪支流会合，两岸形成生态旅游景区。[1][3]

村里有两处县级文物：一处是百步石矴步，另一处是霞浦首任知事王邦怀的墓。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，福建省爱卫办授予下村村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。2022年10月，下村被福建省农业农村厅认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]
