三和村是武平县湘店镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的东南部，与七里、尧山、店下、湘洋、湘湖五村相邻。村名寓意三个小自然村和合为一。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放前后，山背、流方、白竹陂一带叫作三秀村，归小澜管辖。1958年公社化后设三和大队，辖流方、山背、白竹陂、大坝等自然村；此后于1984年设立村委会，隶属湘店乡，至今沿用原名。[1]

地理环境[edit]

全村辖流坊、山背、白竹3个自然村，共12个村民小组。[1]

经济[edit]

当地盛产食用菌，村民中种植食用菌的人家较多。[1]

文化[edit]

省农业农村厅在2022年10月把三和村列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」；2023年2月，三和村上榜「第三批高级版绿盈乡村」名单。[1]

2023年1月，三和村被命名为「2022年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」；2024年1月，又被命名为「2023年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。[1]
