城中村位于中山镇东南部，村内以烤烟和灵芝种植为主要产业。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村址居于镇内两片城区之间，村名由此而来。[1]

1984年改为城中村委会，隶属中山镇。2020年2月，城中村列入福建省第三批省级传统村落名单；2022年10月，省农业农村厅认定城中村为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

城中树德桥位于本村，建于清代，为石拱桥。2018年，该桥被列为第九批福建省省级文物保护单位。[2]
