城中社区是广东省肇庆市端州区城西街道下辖的社区，居委会设在城中路，故名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
最早是1958年狮山公社的第二居委会，后来叫过红旗四路居委会。城中路居委会设于1980年，到2013年6月24日才改叫现名，一直沿用。[1]
社区概况[edit]
社区在端州区中西部的老城区，面积0.75平方千米，登记常住1897户、6652人，居委会占用城西社区综合服务中心的一楼，同一幢楼里还有街道文化站和社区卫生服务站。[1]社区党委于2009年7月成立，下设6个党支部，有党员146人，所获荣誉有「全国创建学习型家庭示范社区」、「六好平安和谐社区」（广东省）等。[1]
