下沙村是福建省南平市顺昌县双溪街道下辖的行政村，座落于富屯溪畔，主村离城关约4.5公里。全村少数民族人口占多数，是畲族聚居的村庄。村西北的华阳山风景区也在村域一带。[1][2][3]

地名由来[edit]

村落原多沙滩，又处在富屯溪下游，故名下沙。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1954年，下沙村自吉舟乡分出，设下沙大队，归第一区管辖。1970年，它改属城关社区；1981年归水南公社。1984年改设下沙村村民委员会，隶水南镇。2006年5月，水南与双溪两镇合为双溪街道，村归其管辖。[1][2]

华阳山与旅游[edit]

1999年，县委、县政府决定开发下沙村的华阳山风景区。华阳山位于县城西北，与下沙、吉舟两村及埔上镇的连坑村接壤。顺昌县人民政府网站称其为国家4A级旅游景区，百度百科则记该景区的质量等级已被取消。[3][5]

村中畲族同胞开办特色民宿、农家乐与休闲垂钓，并每年举办「三月三」「食新节」等畲族文化节。村集体将资源入股景区企业，参与分红。[4]

荣誉[edit]

2020年11月，下沙村上榜2020年度南平市「绿盈乡村」中级版村庄名单；2021年9月，它被认定为第二批全国乡村治理示范村。[1]

顺昌县人民政府网站称，村里获评的荣誉有福建省生态村、国家水利风景区等十余项，并打响了「畲族文化特色旅游村」的品牌。[4]

村有下沙、黄坑、半岭3个村民小组。全村151户，550人，其中少数民族398人。农田850亩，其中水田750亩、旱地100亩；林地13232亩，生态公益林占7984亩。[2]
