虎山村隶属延平区塔前镇。村舍依山势而建，因山形似虎而得名。村内以蔬菜和水果种植为主。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明洪武元年（1368）此地隶杜溪里，清顺治十四年（1657）保持原状。1936年划入第一区，1943年改属菖白乡的虎山保。1950年归第四区，1952年改属第十区，1956年设虎山乡（隶夏道区），1958年归夏道公社。1961年改归土堡公社，1984年设土堡乡，1990年隶塔前乡，1993年改属塔前镇。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2020年11月，虎山村列入南平市2020年度「绿盈乡村」中级版村庄名单。同年12月，虎山村入选福建省2019年度「一村一品」示范村（蔬菜）名单。[1]

2021年12月，虎山村被列为福建省第二批高级版「绿盈乡村」（乡镇）。2022年10月，省农业农村厅把虎山村认定为第二批乡村治理示范村镇。2024年2月，虎山村进入第二批福建省乡村振兴示范村镇的创建名单。[1]
