南胜村是南胜镇下辖的行政村，南胜镇集镇即在村域内，省道牛旧线穿村而过。[1]

村名因村子驻址在南胜镇而来，1984年改称南胜村委会。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村史上，1934年时隶属第三区南胜乡；1939年设镇时此地称中心保；1950年改归第三区中镇乡；1958年设南胜大队；1984年才改组为南胜村委会。[1]

地理环境与人口[edit]

村域面积8.5平方千米，耕地2053亩，山地4030亩，全村共21个村民小组，住户1465户，人口为5119人。[1]

经济[edit]

村民主要依靠种植蜜柚、印度枣、台湾芭乐和外出务工，博雅地名网记人均年收入8020元。[1]

文化[edit]

2021年11月，该村获评「2021年福建省卫生村」；2020年1月，村里被漳州市农业农村局认定为市级「一村一品」示范村（2019年度），主打产品是贵妃枣。[1]
