南胜镇在平和县东南部，东面与漳浦县相接，南面是五寨乡，西面连着国强乡与云霄县，北边为坂仔镇和文峰镇；镇政府距平和县城19公里，省道牛旧线经过镇区。全镇辖有11个行政村和1个社区，镇人民政府驻南胜村。[1][2][4]

元代曾在此设置南胜县，县治后迁往小溪；其后经历人民公社和南胜乡等阶段，至今为镇。[2][3][4]

历史沿革[edit]

南胜设县始于元至治二年（1322年），县治先设在大寨山南面的府地，即今南胜中学前左侧；1340年县治迁往“琯溪之阳”，即今小溪旧县。[1][2][3]

南胜地方由县丞主持政务，俗称“分府”。[2]

1939年设南胜镇；1950年，南胜与五寨并为第三区；1958年两地分开，同时设南胜人民公社；1984年改为南胜乡人民政府。政府网站记为1984年成立南胜乡、1993年撤乡建镇，博雅地名网则作1992年改制设镇，百度百科也作1992年南胜乡改为南胜镇；此处从政府网站。[1][2][4]

地名相传源于宋朝杨文广征讨闽南十八洞，攻下南胜大寨这一贼寨后取得全胜，故称南胜。[2]

地理环境[edit]

全境面积143平方千米，其中山地约142233亩，耕地约25249亩；百度百科所载行政区域总面积为127.17平方千米，两者不同，此处标注各自来源。[1][4]

镇域属南亚热带海洋性季风气候，常年平均气温21.1摄氏度，平均降雨量1663毫米，全年无霜期超过330天。[1]

政府网站记全镇总人口2.8万人，年份未载；百度百科据2019年末户籍人口统计为28401人。[1][4]

经济[edit]

种植业以蜜柚、柑桔为代表，此外印度枣、台湾芭乐、龙眼、荔枝、香蕉等也有栽培，子坑淮山与安石坑茭白笋是其中两种产品。[1]

南胜咸水鸭制作历史有数百年，南胜麻枣的制作历史超过700年，两者都是平和县的土特产。[3]

大矾山的明矾矿藏储量约800多万吨，是中国较大的明矾矿之一；山区另有水温76.5摄氏度、日涌出量约300吨的温泉。[7]

文化[edit]

2011年4月，环境保护部授予南胜镇「2011年度国家级生态乡镇」称号；2020年12月，南胜镇获福建省爱卫办授予「福建省卫生乡镇」称号；2022年10月，南胜镇被认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」，认定单位是省农业农村厅。[2]

镇内原有土楼约60多座，形式有圆形、粪箕形、四方形与围城式，多建于清乾隆年间，最晚的建于清光绪二十四年（1908年）。目前留存的土楼有：新大厝拱莲楼、龙心蔗林茂德楼，还有云寮城、土城、坎顶城、敦洋楼和义路楼仔。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

太极峰位于南胜镇邦寮山与石屏山之间，主峰海拔982米，山顶有刻着「太极峰」三字的巨石，峰区内有邦寮水库和明代紫竹寺遗址。[5]

中共闽粤边特委机关旧址在义路村邦寮山，为第二批省级文物保护单位，也是党史教育基地。1934年4月，中共中央为配合中央苏区第五次反围剿，决定组建中共闽粤边特委。[8]

南胜窑址分布于南胜镇和五寨乡，由6个小窑址组成，以青花瓷为主要产品，所产青花瓷称为「克拉克瓷」。2006年列为第六批全国重点文物保护单位，该窑址也属于海上丝绸之路中国史迹的首批申遗遗产点。[6]

前山胡氏家祠在前山村树下自然村，又名红瓦祠堂，明代始建，清初重建，为福建省第九批省级文物保护单位。[9]
