大新村位于英都镇西南部，由大仑头与新枫两村各取首字而得名，是英都镇辖下的行政村。[1][3]村内分为竹林、新枫、仑丰三个片区，村中的竹子蓝石桥为泉州市文物名录所列古桥。[2][5]

历史沿革[edit]

大新大队成立于1958年公社化之时，名字取自大仑头与新枫两村的首字；1984年，它改称大新村委会。[3]

石桥与石狮祠[edit]

竹子蓝石桥，博雅地名网称之为竹林石桥，它始建于1232年，1603年曾重建。该桥今为南安市文物保护单位，泉州市名录则定其年代为宋至明。[2][4][5]

村中的石狮祠起于明成化年间。1676年它被山寇烧毁，后由他的后裔、武生洪宝基主持重建；2000年，海内外后裔又一次重建。[2]20世纪50年代，人们在石狮祠后的小尖山上发现石器、贝壳和陶片，经厦门大学考古学者鉴定，认为是新石器时代遗址。[2]

产业与荣誉[edit]

大新村属半山区，以农业为主，村内有龙眼、橄榄基地和用材林。[2]2020年12月，村被认定为「2020年泉州市中级版绿盈乡村」；2021年11月，获「2021年福建省卫生村」称号；2025年11月，入选「福建省第二批省级乡村振兴示范村」。[1]
