陈村社区是晋江市青阳街道下辖的社区，位于晋江市区，辖区面积0.94平方千米。[1]

社区内有服装和制鞋企业，辖区的教育机构有晓聪中心小学、南区中学和青阳街道艺术幼儿园。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

陈村古称千仓。据博雅地名网，明洪武年间，石狮山上村顶的一户陈氏兄弟迁到此地，替长姐看管仓库，因而称陈仓，后音近讹为陈村，又别称千仓。[1]

1959年，陈村所在地归罗山公社普照大队管辖。1961年划入青阳公社，设陈村大队。1985年改设青阳镇陈村村委会。2003年随镇撤销，划归青阳街道，成为陈村社区居委会。[1]
