历史沿革[edit]
相传陈村由陈姓人家所建。[2]1953年设陈村乡，1958年改为生产大队，1983年复称乡，1987年设村民委员会，1989年称管理区，1999年重称村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
博雅地名网载，村里有1268户、8042人，耕地800亩，主要作物为花生、水稻和蔬菜，特色收入来自小海鱼。[1]村办公大楼投资30多万元建成。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，陈村村名列「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
