东星村是蓬壶镇东北部的行政村，距镇政府驻地约4千米，地处晋江上游流域，村委会驻清前。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

村下辖半岭、松柏据（松轩）、下林乾与清前四个自然村落。村的东面至魁园山，北面至苏坑山，属山区。[2]

人口与姓氏[edit]

村民皆为王姓。据传其先祖为北宋神宗哲宗年间的王一世，至今已传三十多世。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月，东星村被认定为2020年泉州市中级版「绿盈乡村」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

新中国成立初属苏坑镇。1971年析出，单独设东星大队，1984年改为东星村委会。[1]
