洛阳村位于县城东北部，在玳瑁山下，距县城约3.5公里。[1]

村内有革命老区的传统，博雅地名网将其称为老区村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1945年以前此地称「路洋」，1946年改为「洛阳」，1949年称洛阳乡，1955年设洛阳初级社，1957年为高级社。[1]

1958年改为管理区，1961年为大队，1992年起称洛阳村。[1]

经济[edit]

大部分村民以经营种植业和饲养业为主。[1]

文化[edit]

2008年，洛阳村被确定为省级建设社会主义新农村「百村示范」联系点。[1]

2020年12月，洛阳村被认定为2020年泉州市中级版「绿盈乡村」；2024年6月，又在福建省第四批高级版绿盈乡村名单中上榜。[1]
