洛阳村是洛阳镇下辖的行政村，村域位于镇的南端，东接屿头村，西与洛安村相邻，南临洛阳江，北至群山村。全村属镇中心区。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期，村域属十九都通津铺，民国时期划为万安保。1949年冬以后，先后隶属万安乡下的万安大队。1982年，由万安大队分出洛阳大队，1985年起称洛阳村民委员会。[1]

村名的来历有两种说法：一说此地原名“落洋”，因洛阳江汇集诸山之水后流入江中，状如海洋，故称洋江，“洛洋”与“洛阳”谐音，后人误写为洛阳；另一说，唐宣宗微服来到此地，感叹这里像自己的家乡洛阳。[1]
