洛阳镇是福建省泉州市惠安县下辖的镇，位于县境西南部，下辖25个行政村。民国以前此地称万安，民国年间改称洛阳。镇内的洛阳桥为全国重点文物保护单位。2010年起全镇划归泉州台商投资区管辖，名义上仍属惠安县。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

民国以前，此地称作万安，民国年间才改用洛阳之名。上游公社曾于1958年划出一个洛阳管区，此后的1961年改称人民洛阳公社，到1984年才设镇。[1]

2010年6月1日起，洛阳镇归泉州台商投资区管辖，行政上仍挂在惠安县名下。[2] 维基百科的洛阳镇条目记这一年为移交台商投资区托管。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

洛阳桥是镇内的全国重点文物保护单位。[1] 桥梁在北宋皇祐五年（1053年）开始修建，嘉祐四年（1059年）建成，横跨洛阳江，连接台商投资区与洛江区。[3]
