沙洲村是建宁县伊家乡的行政村，位于乡境西北部，东邻兰溪村，南与陈家村接壤，西与黄埠乡相连，北与里心镇相通。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村名来自此处的河流地势：上游河水在此汇合，河段平缓开阔，有人定居后最初称沙洲头。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明洪武初，此地由都下保改属南区。解放前它是丰安乡的澜溪保，解放初属第三区澜溪乡。[1]

自1958年起，此地归均口人民公社，称澜溪生产大队；1961年自澜溪划出，单独设为沙洲生产大队。1972年，它从均口划出，归伊家公社；1984年改为沙洲村村民委员会。[1]

文化[edit]

据县政府网站，花钵灯舞在明末流传于全县各地，至今伊家乡的沙洲村每年春节仍有跳这一舞蹈的习俗。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2020年2月，沙洲村入选福建省第三批省级传统村落名单。福建省爱卫办于2021年11月授予该村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]

2024年7月，沙洲村获「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」称号，并被确定为「2021—2023年三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
