水西社区属杉城镇，1996年4月成立。辖区的主要街道有金湖西路、水南西街和和平南街。[1][2]

沿革[edit]

1958年改为生产大队，1984年改属杉城镇。1996年4月设立水西居委会，2003年4月改为水西社区居委会。[2]

辖区与党建[edit]

社区内小巷有37条，多以“许洋”“金富”“富民”等为名，划分为12个居民小组，共建单位14个。[1]

社区党员教育管理搭建了「一岗一队一站一校」的平台；居委会依法选出干部和居民代表，并制定了工作制度。[1]
