城东村是福建省三明市明溪县雪峰镇下辖的行政村，位于镇中心区，地处县城东部。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名取自其位于城区东面的位置，村委会驻地也设在城区东侧，故以「城东」为名。[1]

1958年此地列入上游人民公社，为其中的雪峰大队；1959年归雪峰公社管辖，1964年划归明溪县城关镇，1969年改隶城关公社。1981年又回到雪峰公社，1982年设雪峰镇城东乡人民政府，1987年设城东村村民委员会，名称一直延用。[1]

1993年村中建起明溪公用服务型客运站，属三明市内最早由农村自办的客运站。据村概况，1992年以来村曾获省委、省政府授予的「明星村」「文明村」「小康示范村」等称号。[2]
