东井村是福建省福州市福清市江阴镇下辖的行政村。北宋重和元年（1118年），始祖翁民自莆田兴化漆林东井迁来立村，为纪念故乡，仍用「东井」作村名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

唐代此地隶常德乡临江里，北宋改属崇德乡南临江里。元代因袭，明代归孝义乡江阴里，清代归江阴乡。[2]

民国时期此地先隶江阴区，后改属第八区，并设西山保，隶中玉屿联保，其后随保归上江乡与江阴乡。[2]

新中国成立后，1950年成村，隶潘厝乡管辖，其后归江阴区与渔溪区。1961年7月划入江阴人民公社，1979年因重名改称东井大队，1984年改为村委会，1990年江阴撤乡建镇。[2]

文化[edit]

2021年2月，本村入选「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。[1]

2021年11月，福建省爱卫办命名本村为「2021年福建省卫生村」。之后，福建省农业农村厅把本村列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」，时间是2022年10月。2022年12月，又被确定为2022年度福州市中级版「绿盈乡村」。[1]
