梅花镇是福建省福州市长乐区的镇，位于长乐东北角、闽江口南岸，东面濒临台湾海峡，隔海与马祖列岛相望。[1][2]

镇域以渔业为主，长乐区政府网称它是长乐唯一的纯渔业乡镇，近海捕捞与水产加工是本地的主要生产。镇区保存着明代海防古城墙，2019年6月被认定为福建省历史文化名镇。[3][2][1]

历史沿革[edit]

唐宋年间，此地属芳桂乡的新开里。明洪武十年（1377年）在这里建城，城名「二十四都梅花城」。[1][2]

地名出自梅树，据长乐区政府网所载，唐武德年间此地广植梅花，镇名由此而来。[3]

民国时期此地设梅花公所。解放后划归长乐的几个区，1958年属金峰公社，1961年10月另立梅花人民公社。1978年文岭另立人民公社，此地改设梅花渔业公社；1984年恢复镇建制，沿用至今。[1]

福建省政府于2023年6月批复了镇保护规划。[5]

地理环境[edit]

镇域位于长乐东北角，东临台湾海峡，北面隔着闽江口，与琅岐、连江县的壶江岛、黄岐半岛遥遥相对，西面和南面与文岭镇相连。海岸线全长12公里。[2][4]

古城一侧临近闽江入海口，正对滩涂湿地，芳草连片，是候鸟停留的地方。[6]

镇域历来是省城门户，也是闽江口的海防要地。[2]

镇政府驻地在梅城社区，古城中心一带则属梅新村。[1]

梅花是纯渔业镇，近海捕捞业发达，盛产带鱼、黄瓜鱼、海鳗、蛏子、海蚌等水产。[4]

据保护规划的说法，梅花也是沟通闽江内河航运与出海捕鱼的重要集镇。[10]

2020年前后，镇里有两家乡贤开办的民宿，周末游客增多，餐饮业随之兴起。镇里以海鲜美食和周末游带动消费，主推「周末经济」。[3]

长乐非物质文化遗产「梅花鱼露制作技艺」在古厝中传承，技艺已传承三代。[5]

名胜古迹[edit]

将军山临海而立，是梅花古城的制高点，山顶建有梅壶友谊楼。山名纪念明嘉靖年间镇守梅花城的林位，相传他曾乔装小贩叫卖草鞋，以此吓退倭寇。21世纪初，梅花镇与壶江镇共同筹资建成将军山公园。[6]

将军山下的鳝鱼滩湿地面积3000多亩，滩涂与海滩相连，栖息着黑脸琵鹭等众多鸟类。[3]

梅花古城墙、梅花乡约所和林位宫三处文物保护单位位于梅城社区境内。[7] 近年，乡约所的主体结构与墙体得到修缮，林位宫、彭家大院和蔡夫人庙也经修缮改造。[5]

蔡夫人庙俗称「姑婆宫」，清康熙年间建，位于梅西社区境内，是长乐市级文物保护单位。[8][9]

2020年公示的福建省历史文化名镇保护规划，统计历史文化遗存中有区级文物保护单位4处，历史建筑42处（其中已公布2处，建议保护40处）。[10]

同一规划称，梅花是福州海防「一卫三所」之一，扼守闽江口。保护对象还包括古井、古碑刻和景观大树等历史环境要素。[10]

2024年3月的一篇报道称，梅花古镇历史风貌展示馆已于春节前开馆，馆舍原为民国时期的盐仓。[11]

镇内的八一八西路是主街的一部分，原为石板路，上世纪90年代铺成水泥路，2023年底恢复为石板路。[5]

镇里对可利用的古厝做过摸底，共222栋，古厝保护与石板路的恢复并行。[5]

文化[edit]

清代知县贺世骏曾将「梅城弄笛」列为吴航十二景之一，所指的是夜间海风穿过渔村竹竿、声如笛鸣或龙吟的景象。[6]

  • 2001年，梅花被列为福州市18个特色镇之一。[2][4]
  • 2014年6月，获环境保护部授予「2012—2013年度国家级生态乡镇」称号。[1]
  • 2019年6月，被福建省人民政府认定为「第六批福建省历史文化名镇名村」。[1][3]
  • 2019年10月，入选「福建省乡村振兴特色乡镇试点镇」。[3]
  • 2020年7月2日，入选「省级乡村治理示范乡镇」。[3]
  • 2021年2月，上榜「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。[1]
