北园村是盖山镇的行政村，村址在义序机场以北，镇政府大楼的西南方向，辖大门路、小门路、洋头口三个村民小组。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

元末，王维岳（第十五世）迁居石室以北，聚居成村，故名北园。1950年为北园乡，后于1953年组成互助组，1958年成为大队，1984年改设村委会。[1]
