凤凰村属浙江省杭州市萧山区衙前镇，在萧山中东部，东面连着中国轻纺城，北面靠近杭州萧山国际机场[2]。村名因背靠凤凰山而来[1]。全村有村民601户，人口2170人，村域面积2.44平方千米[3]。

地名由来[edit]

凤凰村背靠凤凰山，因而得名[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

2005年村规模调整时，凤凰村、交通村、卫家村三村合并为凤凰村[1][2]。

农民运动旧址[edit]

1921年9月27日，中国共产党在东岳庙主持设立农民协会，这是全国首个农民协会，同时发布了《衙前农民协会宣言》和章程，并办起农村小学[4]。现存遗址包括东岳庙、早年的农村小学旧址，以及李成虎的墓与故居，衙前农协旧址为浙江省第三批省级文物保护单位[4]。

著名人物[edit]

李成虎（1854年—1922年）出生于衙前西曹村，即今凤凰村，是衙前农民协会的主要领导人，1922年1月牺牲[5]。

组织与荣誉[edit]

村党委下设七个党支部，党员141名，全村分为15个村民小组[3]。2019年4月，村被收入浙江省的省级传统村落名录，属首批[1]。2019年12月，村入选「2019年度浙江省美丽乡村特色精品村」名单[1]。2022年10月，村被命名为「2022年全国示范性老年友好型社区」，同月上榜2022年「淘宝村」名单[1]。2023年7月，村被命名为「浙江省“红色根脉”强基（基层党建）示范村（社区）」[1]。博雅地名网还载村获「全国文明村」「全国敬老模范村」等称号，未注年份[2]。
