塘湾社区是北干街道下辖的社区，2022年8月13日成立，地处街道东部。社区北面到博学路，东西两侧分别为通惠中路与育才北路。[1]

下辖三个小区，即塘湾名苑、白马御府和国宸滨府。辖区面积为65公顷，约3500户住户。在册党员153人，居委会下设20个居民小组，工作人员10名。[1]
