凤凰社区是杭州市上城区紫阳街道下辖的社区，位于街道东南部，因凤凰苑小区而得名。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1980年4月，此地设木材新村居委会，此后至1999年间陆续设立秋统、秋涛南苑、凤凰北苑等居委会。2000年10月，这几个居委会合并为凤凰社区。[1][2]

2003年5月，社区由南星街道划归紫阳街道。[1][3]

社区包括凤凰苑、木材新村两个封闭住宅小区，另有秋涛路168号、178号的住宅楼各两幢。[2]
