罗经村是连平县大湖镇下辖的行政村，村名与一位懂风水罗盘、精通鲁班建筑技艺的黄姓先祖有关。[1]
地名由来[edit]
村子最初称「岭排」，据说何氏先祖约500年前定居于此。后来黄姓先祖自兴宁迁来落户，因其通晓风水罗盘和鲁班建筑技术，村名遂改为罗经村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1958年设罗经大队，1983年前后称罗经乡；1988年设罗经管理区，1998年改设罗经村民委员会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
罗经村于2023年5月获广东省爱卫会评定为「2022年广东省卫生村」。[1]
