石马村是广东省河源市龙川县贝岭镇下辖的行政村，村名的来历是一则传说[1]。相传东江里有一匹水马，每年进村吃禾苗，马走之后随即发大水，百姓不得安生；天帝派雷神把水马击毙在坝中，化作一块形似马的石头，村因此得名[1]。2019年，本村进入广东省卫生村名录；同年9月还入选2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单[1]。
沿革[edit]
本村先后隶属石马乡与石马大队，1983年重新设乡；村委会自1986年起设立，其间1990年改为管理区，1999年再回到村委会的建制[1]。
脱贫与交通[edit]
镇政府2019年工作总结称，石马与米贝是两个省定贫困村，均已达到出列标准[2]。同年，村内行政村道路的扩宽工程持续推进[2]。
