石芬村是广东省河源市龙川县贝岭镇下辖的行政村，与米贝村、宫下村、古石村等相邻[1]。村名原作“石告”，那时此处出产莹石，到1956年与路芬一并合并，才改名石芬[2]。村内有麻纺厂、磷肥厂等企业，2021年8月被认定为「2020年广东省森林乡村」[2]。

本村的建制几经更迭：早年曾为乡，后并入大队，1983年划归上盘乡管辖；1986年改设村委会，1990年一度成为管理区，1999年再恢复村委会[1]。
产业与矿产[edit]
村里种有豌豆、橙子和香蕉等作物，企业以麻纺和磷肥为主，另有一家塑胶有限公司；矿产方面，百度百科列有白钨矿和膨润土[2]。博雅地名网记，石芬莹石矿的储量为182万吨，矿石品位在80至90之间[3]。
近年建设[edit]
百度百科称，2025年规划实施石芬与罗陂两村之间的山洪沟治理工程，村内的湖洋角自然村也新增了村级污水治理站点[2]。
