历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，四百八十多年前，多个姓氏的人家先后来此定居，村址处于当时各乡的中心。[1]
1974年，深坑成为大队，归西南公社。1987年起称村委会，隶西南乡；1994年转为管理区，归西南镇；1999年重新定为村委会，名称至今未改。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2023年5月，深坑村列入2022年广东省卫生村名单。[1]
