历史沿革[edit]
新中国成立前，吉龙同水唇、新丰同属吉溪乡。1960年与石船分开，成吉龙大队，“文革”时一度改称红星大队。之后依次为乡政府（1984年3月）、村委会（1986年）、管理区（1990年），1999年起称吉龙村民委员会。[3]
人口与经济[edit]
镇政府新介绍称面积约12.36平方千米，总人口6800多人；较早的介绍是1150户7000人，常住4500人，耕地约2000亩、山地约1.2万亩，离镇政府约3公里。[1][2]村内种水稻、青梅、李，还有一座小型水电站，曾获省市县卫生村、生态文明村等称号。[2]
