东三村是原东洲街道的村委会，在汕遮公路（X141）旁，下辖南门、石古两个自然村，共5个村民小组，约6000人。2026年9月起它划归遮浪街道。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

相传建村于明万历年间，先民来自福建和陆丰等地，土地改革时称东洲坑的三村。[1][3]

1959年，东洲坑的南门和下乡仔成为东三大队；1963年改称东二大队，属田墘公社；1997年南门、下乡仔与石鼓村三个自然村组成东三管理区；1999年改为村委会，归东洲街道。[3]

村内姓氏有李、张、江、尤、翁、陈等。[3]

经济[edit]

村民经商和出海作业为主，农业为辅，种有花生和水果。青枣是这里的特色产业：省农业农村厅2020年8月公布的第一批一村一品专业村中有东三村。[1]

荣誉[edit]

东三村在2019年9月进入省民主法治示范村（社区）创建名单（2018年度），2022年1月又被省乡村振兴局列为乡村治理示范村创建对象（2021年度）。[1]
