历史沿革[edit]
解放后红湖一带属外湖乡，归田墘区；公社化时成红湖大队；1989年改红湖管理区；1999年农村改制，设红湖村委会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2020年8月，红湖村以南瓜入选首批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村；同年12月被广东省爱卫会授予广东省卫生村。[1]
