田背村是丰顺县小胜镇辖下的行政村，坐落在镇域南部。全村分13个村民小组，面积5.5平方千米，耕地413.13亩；据博雅地名网，村中有255户、1222人在册。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
地名由来：建于清代乾隆、嘉庆年间，村处山脚下田园的后面，故名田背。[2]
田背在1957年归小胜高级社，1961至1963年隶属小胜大队，到1977年单独成田背大队。1983年划入小胜乡，1987年设管理区，1999年起称村民委员会。[3]
